BWT-154 is a neutralizing-type corrosion inhibitor designed to control corrosion in steam and condensate systems. When BWT-154 is fed to the boiler it quickly volatilizes and neutralizes the corrosivity of the carbon dioxide and other acid components in the condensate. BWT-154 is especially effective in complex systems such as industrial processing plants where dairy products are produced. Proper application of BWT-154 will control condensate line corrosion products recycled back to the boiler, thereby reducing troublesome boiler deposits. When used as recommended and in good commercial practice, BWT-154 is certifiable as being in compliance with FDA Regulations Section 184 for food plant use. BWT-154 is certified Kosher-Parve.
