Cold Weather BioBlast-2618

Winter conditions can drastically change the conditions at a wastewater treatment plant and related operations. Freezing temperatures, for example can force a plants that have activated sludge or lagoon systems to take specific cold weather measures to ensure that the process continues to work successfully. Some of these measures are deicing, supplying hot air, adjusting aeration, and sometimes even covering aeration tanks to keep the wastewater flowing. BioBlast-2618 designed with strains specifically selected for their ability to maintain treatment in low temperature (< 59°F / 15°C) conditions. Due to colder winter temperatures and its effects on the biology in ponds and holding tanks, it is necessary to design a product with strains that have been specifically selected to maintain proper treatment levels in low temperatures. BioBlast-2618 has been specifically designed with these applications in mind.
