Have you heard about WATERTECH’s S.A.F.E. System Program?
With the growing demand on maintenance personnel and the limited number of available bodies, time is becoming more valuable to businesses today. With that, goes the increase in safety. Regulations today are more stringent than ever forcing companies to find better and safer way to conduct business. This can be hard to do in a smaller staffed, limited time, maintenance and utilities department.
For years, WATERTECH, Inc. has recognized this trend and have taken measure to help provide a way to keep the plant and its employees more safe and secure with their responsibilities as it pertains to their chemical programs.
WATERTECH's S.A.F.E. System Program has been successfully operating for over 20 years.
This tried and true process by which chemicals can be safely delivered, stored and implemented into water treatment systems has been a tremendous success in our complete water treatment program. Our customers have found their operators saving time, not having to handle hazardous chemical containers, reduced contact exposure to such chemical and have helps reduce chemical costs. With calibrated day tanks, specifically assigned to a system, the operator can track precisely what the chemical dosage rates have been and have the capability to quickly identify problems with the system before it results in a costly overfeed or shutdown of the system.
Our S.A.F.E. (Self-Contained Automatic Feeding Equipment) systems are easy to install and very cost effective. Customers can enjoy the use of these systems with no purchase required and no additional maintenance fees for as long as the program is being implemented. I first got my CDL in November 2016 and have been driving truck ever since. I started out at C.R. England where I was over the road. Then, I worked for Barney Trucking, where I got to get some good experience driving tanker trailers that we used to haul sulfuric acid to various gold mines between Carlin, Nevada and Kennecott near Salt Lake City. After that, I worked for Idaho Milk Transportation, Inc., where I used tanker trailers again but this time for DELAC or whey. I hauled product from Magic Valley dairy producers, such as Glanbia, back to various dairies around southern Idaho. Most recently I was working at Central Oregon Truck Company, where I drove a flatbed trailer around all the lower 48 states and 4 provinces of Canada.
