Equipment Training with Suez
Our GEMFLOW team was able to attend the annual Channel Partner training for SUEZ in June of this year. This took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota over 2 days. We were able to get some great information on new technologies for filtration and Reverse Osmosis technologies that will greatly assist our customers in achieving water reduction through water reuse and recycling.
FOG Treatment Options
The challenges associated with fat, oil and grease (FOG) are often a constant worry and require regular maintenance. There are very few methods available within the marketplace to deal with these challenges. WATERTECH’s bioaugmentation treatment programs offer the most robust option to remove FOG and prevent it from returning.
Conventional methods to control FOG fail to digest or prevent it from occurring in the first place. They can actually push the issues further downstream. Some chemical methods are also hazardous and expensive. While at first glance bioaugmentation comes with a high cost per kilogram, the amount needed to treat some of the widest ranges of issues easily justifies the cost.
Our bioaugmentation products contain scientifically selected Bacillus strains that are chosen for their heightened ability to produce the enzymes responsible for breaking up FOG. The digested FOG then becomes a readily available food source for the system’s existing microbial community – speeding up its complete digestion and the productivity of the whole system. Overall, using bioaugmentation against FOG is a safe, complete solution that brings value for both your enterprise. IT’S A WIN-WIN!
