Dissolved Air Flotation System

Our WEP division was busy this past year assisting in the startup of a new DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system. A large poultry processor designed and installed a new DAF & Press for the treatment of waste from the plant. This waste is processed through the DAF utilizing a Coagulant Aide and Polymer treatment for liquid solids separation.

The WEP Division of WATERTECH successfully determined the type of Coagulant and Polymer for use in the DAF and also in the Press where the final dewatering takes place. This process has allowed this poultry processor to greatly reduce its impact of waste on the environment through the use of the latest technology in liquid solids separation equipment and treatment applications.

Cooling Tower Treatment Programs

WATERTECH, Inc., has over 45 years of developing and implementing successful cooling water treatment products. Many decades ago we developed the CWT-271 product in response to the removal of chromates from the industry. Our product, CWT-271, has become the work horse and the foundation of all of our cooling water chemistries. We have implemented additional cooling treatment programs with the development of CWT-280, TECHNAFLEX-285 and now have extensive experience in the application of CWT-280F which utilizes trace monitoring cooling water technology. This product allows for the automation of chemical feed into your cooling water applications. By utilizing the latest in Trace Monitoring Technology, we can greatly simplify the application of your cooling water chemicals. All these programs allow you to apply a cooling water treatment that is specific to your geographic area. By making sure that we are matching the correct chemistry with your makeup water, we can ensure that your systems are kept clean and running efficiently. 2022 QRU Fundraiser

WATERTECH has been a long-time supporter of the QRU Fundraiser in the Magic Valley in Southern Idaho. We were pleased to again support this great event that helps to raise funds for local Quick Responder Units here in our community. We enjoy being part of this great event every year.
